Recruitment Scam Warning-Sign Checker

Tick any warning signs you have noticed in a job advert, message or offer. The result tells you how careful to be. It cannot prove an offer is real or fake.

This tool runs in your browser. Nothing you tick is sent to us or stored.

About the Recruitment Scam Warning-Sign Checker

Scammers copy the look of real offers, so the checker focuses on behaviour: requests for money, pressure to decide fast, and vague visa promises.

How to use it

  1. Open your advert or message and read it once without replying.
  2. Tick each warning sign that matches what you see.
  3. Read the result and follow the cautious next step. Verify the employer through its official website before sharing documents.

Limits

The checker cannot prove an offer is real or fake. A low score does not replace verification. See our disclaimer and privacy policy. Everything runs in your browser.
